Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays
Please note that Café Hair Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been handed off to the shipping provider.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
