Return/Exchange Policy & Procedures

Here at Cafe Hair Co. we strive for perfection. In the event that customers are not completely satisfied with a Cafe Hair Co. purchase for any reason, please view our return/exchange polices below.

Any returned Cafe Hair Co. products (www.cafehairco.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 30 days of purchase. 

Purchases made on www.cafehairco.com can be easily returned with no additional shipping/handling costs if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Cafe Hair Co.

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction. 

After returning merchandise back to Cafe Hair Co., via mail, we will review your item(s) within 30 days of receiving items. After reviewing the items, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit for the purchase price of the item. Customers who paid with Amazon or PayPal will receive full refund back to Amazon on PayPal account.
